Return Policy

All items are packed in bubble wrapped envelopes to protect your purchase. But if any damage does occur during transit please contact me within 3 working days, by phone or e-mail. A full refund will be given on return of the product.

Earrings are excluded from the return policy due to hygiene reasons. Unless they are damaged and need to be returned

Delivery Policy

The delivery charges are £2.50 for orders under £50 then £5.00 for orders under £100 then free delivery over £100. They are sent recorded delivery and will be despatched within 24-48 hours on receiving the order.
